My favorite excerpt is about Zoe. To pursue Zoe is to lead with your heart - love; expand your vision - wisdom; and be fully present - courage. I have tried to always live my life in this way on this principle though I now know what it is called. I feel that this state of being is what has made me resilient in times that were tough, and to truely appreciate life around me and the life I have made for myself.
